    Well for those of you that think you will eat to much I tend to think different.  First off most people lose weight eating this chocolate.  It is an appetite suppressent so you tend to eat less food(junk) and are able to control your diet through contiued healthy chocolate eating like xocai healthy chocolate.  I have found working in the restaurant business as a manager where I eat for free I stay away from my ice cream favorites and do not have the desire to eat it.  The chocolate changes the way you think.  See my website for more information on this subject.

    Very true but, most of us don't eat enough of the veggies/fruits to equal the recommended amount of antioxidants the USDA says we should.  We tend to eat 800-900 orac(oxygen radical absorbancy capacity or antioxidants) a day to keep our bodys healthy.  Most take vitamins for this help but I eat healthy chocolate.  You see the usda recommends 12-15000 orac a day.   Thats alot of tomatos and spinach and more than your body could possibly eat I promise.  The power square I sell eaten three times a day, oh and its yummy chocolate gives you 12000 orac. Quite the evolution.

    Thanks for the slam.  Most people don't know much about the product so replications sometimes is the best way.  Yes I too have a testimony of the product.  I have cut down on my depression medication because of the brain food.  The inflamation in my back is gone and I have no more pain from standing on my feet for ten straight hours.  There are many more things that the effects of chocolate have but I will list them as I go.  Thanks for your comments.
