    Hi, Why ? It's in the bible God gave plants, fruit, nuts,barries, herbs to eat.

    Very true but, most of us don't eat enough of the veggies/fruits to equal the recommended amount of antioxidants the USDA says we should.  We tend to eat 800-900 orac(oxygen radical absorbancy capacity or antioxidants) a day to keep our bodys healthy.  Most take vitamins for this help but I eat healthy chocolate.  You see the usda recommends 12-15000 orac a day.   Thats alot of tomatos and spinach and more than your body could possibly eat I promise.  The power square I sell eaten three times a day, oh and its yummy chocolate gives you 12000 orac. Quite the evolution.
